The Colonial Dames Waltzes

“The Colonial Dames Waltzes” were composed by the famous American composer John Philip Sousa in 1896.

Adryn Sumner, a member of Chapter XXXI – South Carolina, performed the original piano version of John Philip Sousa’s piece in a recording for her fellow Colonial Dames.
